From referrals and emergency visits to specialty care and first appointments, here are a few of the questions we hear most often.
View All FAQsWhile a referral is not required, we encourage you to involve your family veterinarian to assure adequate communication and collaboration around your pet’s care.
No appointment is needed for emergency cases. If you believe your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, contact our team or come directly to KIN so we can assess your pet as quickly as possible.
Please bring any available medical records, a list of your pet’s current medications, and relevant test results, including recent bloodwork, x-rays, and biopsy results. If your veterinarian has referred you, we can work with their team to obtain the information we need.
